About the Role:
The Learning Experience in Medford, NJ is looking for a passionate and driven Preschool Assistant Director & Enrollment Specialist to join our team! In this dynamic dual role, you'll help shape the future of early childhood education while connecting families with the exceptional programs our center has to offer. If you love working with children, building relationships, and making a meaningful impact, this is the opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
- Lead enrollment efforts by conducting center tours, following up with prospective families, and converting inquiries into enrollments
- Support the Center Director in daily operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families to drive retention and referrals
- Assist in supervising, coaching, and supporting classroom teachers and staff
- Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and company policies and procedures
- Manage enrollment data, maintain accurate records, and track leads using childcare management software
- Assist in planning and executing community outreach and marketing initiatives to increase center visibility
- Step in to support classroom coverage and maintain program quality as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in early childhood education, childcare center management, or a related field
- Strong sales, customer service, or enrollment background preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Knowledge of NJ childcare licensing regulations is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with childcare management or CRM software is a plus
- Energetic, goal-oriented, and passionate about early childhood development
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, child-centered environment

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
