Preschool Assistant Director Enrollment Specialist

Are you passionate about early childhood education, building relationships with families, and helping a center grow? The Learning Experience is looking for an energetic, organized, and relationship-driven professional to join our leadership team!

What We're Looking For

At least 3 years of early childhood education, childcare leadership, or classroom experience.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
At least 2 years of sales, marketing, enrollment, or lead generation experience, preferably in early childhood education.
Comfortable conducting center tours and connecting with prospective families.
Creative, organized, energetic, and collaborative.

Marketing & Enrollment — Primary Focus

Grow enrollment and generate new leads.
Conduct tours and follow up with prospective families.
Build relationships with families and the local community.
Support social media, referrals, events, and marketing initiatives.
Track enrollment goals and develop ideas to support center growth.

Center Leadership & Operations

Partner with the Center Director to support daily operations.
Assist with staffing, scheduling, and team development.
Help maintain licensing, safety, and company standards.
Support teachers, families, and overall center quality.
Promote enrollment, retention, and family satisfaction.

New Jersey Center Director licensing qualifications preferred.
Relevant education and early childhood credentials preferred.

The Learning Experience

At The Learning Experience, we make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and grow.

Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.

At TLE®, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
